Better Pace wasn’t born in a gym or a laboratory. It was formed on the pavement of Leicester, through the slow realization that our physical mass dictates the very music of our days.

F ive years ago, my movement felt like friction. Every step was a negotiation with my own energy, and every commitment felt like a heavy lift. I wasn't looking for a "fix"—I was looking for a rhythm that didn't leave me breathless at the end of a Tuesday.

We often speak about weight as a number on a scale, but we rarely discuss it as a force of nature. It is the literal gravity of our existence. My journey into coaching began when I stopped fighting that gravity and started learning how to move with it.

I spent years observing how changes in physical mass shifted the psychological landscape. When our movement is unoptimized, our life feels high-friction. Careers, relationships, and personal quietude all suffer because we are spending too much "kinetic capital" just to get through the afternoon.

My methodology at Better Pace is built on the belief that a sustainable lifestyle and a functional pace are more powerful than any short-term spike in effort. I focus on the interplay between your physiological reality and your daily tempo.
